About
I am currently enrolled in the Dental Hygiene Program here at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center at the College of Dentistry. I will graduate in May of 2022 with my bachelor of science in Dental Hygiene and will embark on making my vision into a realization of fighting to gain dental access for the underserved community, by fighting alongside my fellow Hygienists that yearn to do more by helping Oklahoma Hugieneists gain access of becoming Independent Dental Hygienist. I hope to be a member of the Board of Dentistry once the required practicing years are met. I have been in the dental field for the past 12 years and it is my goal to help close the inequality gap for the underserved population.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Practice in a private periodontics office for my first 3 years and round my knowledge of general dentistry for 2 years before applying for a seat as a member of the Board of dentistry.
If Independent Dental Hygiene is approved, I would like to open my own practice and make dentistry more accessible and feasible for all populations.- Outside the classroom
yoga, kickboxing, swimming, dancing, long scenic drives, rock climbing, hiking, camping, soccer, and volunteering.
