Isaac Mincks

I graduated from Branford high school in 2021. During my time in BHS I enrolled in AP Literature, Pre- Calculus honors and Algebra I & Algebra II honors. I continued to keep a GPA of 3.5 or higher, earning magna cum laude.

My volunteer public service started in Middle school for me when I joined Beta and then continued with Beta in High school. During my time in Beta I have volunteered to help the less fortunate, assisted in fundraising, and joined the engineering team which won the State Competition in 2019.

I started concert band in 6th grade, marching band and drum line in 8th grade and continued all through high school. In High school I have been 1st lieutenant for the entire band and my senior year I was the Brass captain.

My senior year I was invited to become a member of the National Honor Society.

Since high school I obtained a job at a local grocery store Piggily Wiggly where I am now the dairy manager. As the dairy manager I am tasked with ordering all dairy products. This requires critical thinking as I am required to calculate what may sell and how to ensure we have enough of each item before the next order comes in. In addition, I assist in training new hires.
