Goals and interests
- Career goal
I plan on earning my Ph.D. in Physical Therapy. My short-term plan is to earn my bachelor's in Exercise Physiology and earn my PTA (Physical Therapist Aid) certification.
- Graduate school interests
I've enjoyed a variety of things in my college experience. My favorites however have been, chemistry classes, health, and P.E.
- Outside the classroom
I've dabbled in many different things in my life so far. However out of everything I've tried, the activities that I've really loved and continue to love our Aikido (Martial Art derived from Japanese swordwork), Volleyball, and painting. Each one is very different from the others but I feel they show my personality. Aikido requires self-discipline, control, and patience because of the slow process it takes to learn it. Volleyball because it requires focus, teamwork, and a good attitude because without those the games are just no fun. Finally painting because its calming and is a sort of meditation for me.
