I have returned to school to further my skill set and career. I have worked in health care since 2004 and after working with both patients and staff I have decided to direct my attention to those who provide the care to patients. I am an advocate for communication and making sure parties feel safe to express concerns but will also be held accountable for their responsibilities without feeling criticized.
