Hello my name is Jacklyn Thompson. I am an incoming sophomore at Stephen F. Austin State University studying to be a nurse. I am from Kingwood, TX, and have four siblings. When I get into the nursing program, I hope to specialize as in either pediatrics or NICU.

- Career goal
Once I graduate with my bachelors of nursing I either plan to further my education and become a nurse practitioner, or find a job in a hospital in Houston, TX.
- Outside the classroom
I love to sing! I was in choir for 7 years of my life, and absolutely loved it. I also enjoy being outside doing activities such as kayaking, hiking, rollerblading, bike riding, and etc. I also enjoy doing art projects of all sorts.
