Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended job path after I finish completing my bachelor’s degree from Clemson University will be to enter into the thriving forestry business in the lower part of the state in South Carolina. I plan to either go into the procurement or land management industry. I will probably start off working for a company, private landowners, or possibly both. Eventually, once I am well experienced in the forestry business, I would love to start my own business in the procurement industry. Also, if I achieve jobs managing plantations and timber for wealthy landowners, that could pay respectfully, and I would enjoy the work. The forestry business is a very close group of people who communicate and share information on a regular basis. I do know that in this business, I will have to negotiate, work with all kinds of people, work hard, and earn respect, in order to progress up to the level that I want to reach in the business world.
