About

My name is Jacy and I am a full time student at SEMO and a full time employee at Ken's Cleaners. Working at my family-owned establishment has given me more experience than I could have ever hoped to have at 19. I've been around the business my entire life but I didn't start working the counter until I was 15.
I just finished my Freshman year and loved every minute of it. Learning has always been a passion of mine and I push myself to finish anything I start. The more challenging the better!

Dean's List

I made the Dean's List in the Fall and Spring semester of my first year. I am currently in my second year.

Goals and interests

Career goal: As of right now I'm thinking of pursuing a career in hotel management. That could change by the time I get out but that is why I chose a broad major. There are many choices to choose from in the business field.
Graduate school interests: I am going for my Masters in Business and then from there I plan to use the knowledge I have received from working at my family-owned business my entire life to pursue a career in either hotel management or accounting. I haven't decided yet so I guess that's the beauty of being young. Whatever the future holds for me and whatever I decide to do i'll give it 110% of my time and effort.
Outside the classroom: When I'm not at work or in school I enjoy numerous leisure activities such as: fishing, swimming, playing with my 3 German Shepherds, spending time with my family, and baking.
