About
My name is Jada Smith, and I was born and raised in Athens, Georgia. Ever since I was young, I have always had a passion for helping others, and over time I realized that nursing was truly my calling. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and look forward to graduating in May 2026.
As a first-generation college student, earning my bachelor’s degree is a meaningful milestone for both me and my family. My journey has taught me resilience, dedication, and the importance of perseverance. Throughout nursing school, I have developed a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and advocating for patients who may not always have a voice in their healthcare.
Being a member of this honor society is an honor because it reflects my dedication to academic excellence, leadership, and lifelong learning within the nursing profession. I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with others who share the same passion for serving their communities and making a difference in the lives of others.
