Jaehong Kim

I expect to graduate with a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University next fall. I learned about finance and accounting for four years and I mastered the basic concept of those two fields as well. Indeed, my past work experience in Hyundai Securities enhanced my knowledge about the concept of valuation. Also, work experiences in Daishin Securities and Hana Daetoo Securities taught me about basic data mining skills and method of fundamental analysis of corporation. Moreover, recent project with Advanced Micro Devices enhances analyzing skills about corporation’s strategy. By figuring out Key Performance Indicators of Advanced Micro Devices, I can consider deeply about corporation’s strategy when I do financial analysis on the corporation. Throughout the experiences, I am able to comprehend not only the valuation methods, but also the way of doing research toward market and company.

After serving two years in the military (ROKAF), I am good when it comes to cooperating with others. For example, I am a good mediator and I adapt quickly to a new environment. Moreover, I can manage the stress and adapt to tough circumstances much better after military service. Adjusting the military life with strict hierarchy enhances stress management skills and adaptability to new environment. I believe that these characteristics could help me to establish a good rapport with clients and colleagues in the future.
