About

Throughout my high school career, I have steadily maintained a 3.8 GPA. I pride myself on my hard work and dedication to my studies and also my job at La Posada. My parents have been my biggest supporters and always push me to succeed. My mother immigrated to the United States from Ecuador in pursuit of a better education system. My father was born in the United States with his family originating from Puerto Rico. Their resilience and passion for success motivates me to do the same.
My path for college is to study for a degree in social science so I can pursue my passion in history. My goal is to have a life-long career as a history teacher. History is an important subject every student should learn about when it comes to their education. I am passionate about teaching future generations about the past and history’s significance in today’s society.

Goals and interests

Career goal

I plan do get a job that involves history. I intend to become an archaeologist as I begin my career path in history and as I get older and more experience i'll most likely become a history teacher to share my passion of the importance of history with others.

Outside the classroom

I mostly like to fish on my days off and relax and enjoy the weather.
