About

All my life the two most impacting things are soccer and building. While I was growing up I never had the money to get the things that I really wanted. I was forced to get old things that my siblings had passed on to me. While they were getting brand new things I was stuck with old worn out toys and things. So then I got into building and designing things. Ever since I started I loved it and wanted to pursue a career in it. When I can afford to get the things I want, I choose to save my money by buying the materials I need to build it. I developed my creative side and came up with multiple things throughout the years. Soccer was always my favorite sport, and it was also my first sport. I've also played football, basketball, and ran track. I did very well in these sports but they never clicked like soccer did. I would just run through the motions. Although I tried in all of the sports my heart just wasn't into them. Soccer was like second nature to me I was naturally gifted and my hard work and determination improved my skill set as a whole. Ever since I stopped playing the other sports, it has been soccer nonstop everyday. If I'm not at practice, then I'm at the soccer fields practicing on my footwork, dribbling and shooting. Everyday I spend my time getting better, smarter, faster, and stronger. I believe that this college will be the most beneficial for me to carry on my career in mechanical engineering and soccer. It has a good engineering program, environment, community, and team. It is the best fit for me as an aspiring student athlete, and it will set my future up for me to become successful later on.
