Ever since I was a young boy, I have had an affinity for design and building. Throughout the years, it has manifested in different ways, be it from drawing and painting, to making model cars, building with legos (or playing Minecraft), designing floor plans for fun, to baking and elaborately decorating cakes. At whatever stage in my life one might look, the activities of involved and hands-on design will be present in each one. Out of each of these ways, my inclination towards pursuing architecture has been the most long-standing.

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Design in Architectural Studies at ASU. In addition to the required elements such as learning softwares, learning the meaning of teamwork, and the process of developing an analytical and intentional approach to design, one major thing that I have learned is that I am able to go beyond the mark. I find this especially important because of past fears of being unable to succeed.

Currently, I hold two jobs, am a full-time student, and have earned positions on the Dean's List for several semesters, am a member of the Honor Society, and have been commended on my great attention to detail and intention throughout my studio project reviews.

I am excited to further develop in the areas of architecture and construction administration, and would love opportunities for internships in these fields.
