About

After decades in Aviation Maintenance I am now lazer focused on the safety protocols and am completing a Master's at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to expand and enhance my knowledge about Human Factors and specically Maintenance Human Factors due to the imergence of a shortage in experience because of retirement and or departing the Aviation Maintenance arena entirely and searching for a less stressful career choice. This leaves the flying public with inexperienced aircraft maintenance technicians performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events. It is somewhat unnerving to think about, they need Safety Inspector supervision, training and most of all guidance.
