I am currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at Texas A&M University of Corpus Christi. I am an accounting major and I work at the university as an accounting intern. My position consists of making journal entries, creating new accounts that are requested by various departments within the university, bank reconciliation, heavy excel worksheets, and I recently participated in a departmental cash audit, I am a the first generation of my family to go to college and earn a degree. I intend to pursue a CPA licence after graduation.
