James Searle

Born with autism and severe anxiety into a household of neglect, I spent a lot of my time to myself growing up on the computer. It was here I learned that I had a passion for information and analytics. I find myself growing myself and my skills every day, breaking past boundaries I once believed were my weaknesses, but were in fact my strengths. I intend to bring love and diversity everywhere I go to brighten the mood.

I have skills pertaining to academic writing and reporting, information computing, time management, effective team communication, and project management. I look forward to finding an opportunity one day that puts me in a position of control. That way, I can help improve the lives of those around me with my confidence and vision. I want to help people like me who were struggling find their place and get the opportunities I'm given.

I want to show people most of all that it's okay to be themselves and to speak their mind, even if they disagree with us. Helping build a more transparent, social environment is the most effective way to build trust within a team.
