office manager at I am currently the Office manager at the Miami Beach Tennis Center. I enjoy being around tennis for my occupation. It's a world I was unfamiliar of before working here but it gave me a chance to learn a lot of new things. I organize the courtsheet daily as well as keep track of all coach's and client's lesson schedules as well as process about 50 new client accounts a day. Getting communicate with tennis players of all levels from all walks of life might be my favorite part of my position. I have met some of the top upcoming tennis champs of this decade as well as kids who happened upon the sport and realized they had a real talent for it. I also get to express myself and have participated in some digital and graphic design for our merchandise as well as marketing and company branding.

About
Being a part of a prestigious community like this is something I never expected of myself. I've always been a great student but my senior year was a huge battle for me. I had an unprecedented health scare and it threw off my senior year. I wasn't sure if I was strong enough to get through the year, but I did. I moved through a number of colleges before I found the right one, but when I did I realized how important my future career path was to me and knew that the goals I sough to achieve would take hard work and dedication. So, that's exactly what I did. Each semester my GPA went higher and higher. Even through the pandemic. I adjusted and my last semester as an under grad student I was sent an email notifying me that I was invited to join the honors society. I intend to use this gift as a tool to engage even more with like minded peers, help my community and take on every new opportunity with thanksgiving.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I intend to get my master in Mental health counseling as well as my certification in play therapy so I can help children battling with PTSD and behavioral issues learn tools to better handle the world around them. My biggest career goal would be to run my own outpatient facility fully staffed with speech pathologists, behavioral therapists and mental health counselors. Almost like a boys and girls club that provides psychological help to minorities.
- Graduate school interests
I currently attend Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. I am very proud to say that I was accepted in their Mental health counseling program and am working together with a faculty member there to incorporate a play therapy accreditation course.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy listening to new music, I am currently trying to teach myself to play the bass (since I have also taught myself to play the ukulele). I enjoy eating new foods so I am on a quest to trying a new restaurant every week. I am also taking tennis lessons which is a lot harder than I thought it would be.
