About

I am an International Baccalaureate Full Diploma Candidate. I am a member of National Honor Society, California Scholarship Federation, and Honor Roll. I am the president and founder of my school's first ballet club. I am the vice president of my school's economics club. I was a California finalist for the National Economics Challenge. I have attended the Harvard Pre-College Program where I studied Introduction to Evolutionary Medicine. Outside of my academics, I have a passion for ballet and train over 25 hours a week in the Professional Training Division at Dmitri Kulev Classical Ballet Academy. I have spent my summers at the Royal Danish Ballet School in Copenhagen and the Joffrey Ballet School. I am an alumni of the American Ballet Theatre School where I trained for 7 years in the Pre-Professional Division. Besides ballet, I also like music and have been playing the violin for 8 years. I am in my school's honors orchestra and am also the music librarian for my school. Giving back to my community has always been very important to me. I volunteer at my church every Sunday assisting kindergarten age children in their faith formation classes. Additionally, I pack cards to hospitals in my school's Comfort Cross Club. I also perform ballet at fundraisers such as the Miracles for Kids Annual Nutcracker Luncheon.

Outside the classroom

Professional Training Division at Dmitri Kulev Classical Ballet Academy. Previously I was a Pre-Professional student at American Ballet Theatre School at Segerstrom Center for the Arts for 7 years from 2015-2023. I have performed in their Nutcracker alongside American Ballet Theatre's Company for 36,000 people in 2018. I have also attended prestigious summer programs at the Royal Danish Ballet and Joffrey Ballet. I am looking for a college to challenge not only my academics, but to further challenge my ballet technique and to continue to pursuit my passion for ballet. I am the founder and president of my school's Ballet Club. My school never offered a ballet program or club so I was interested in starting one and I hope this program continues once I graduate. We take ballet classes, watch ballets and I organize fundraisers to raise money for underprivileged ballet schools. After I graduate, I hope this club will continue and thrive and leave behind a legacy.
First violin chair of school's honors orchestra; 6 years of experience as well as 2 years of experience of being the music librarian for my school.
I am the vice president of my school's economics club. I help organize our competitions and guest speakers as well as promote the club on social media. I participated in the National Economics Challenge where our team was 6th place amongst the 200 Southern California teams.
