About
I am an enrolled tribal member of the Dinè nation , and am currently a full-time student at Pima Community College. I am a hard-working student who is determined to earn my degree. Currently, I am on a transfer plan to the University of Arizona and I will be pursuing a bachelor's of science, double majoring in Agribusiness Economics & Management/Environmental & Water Resource Economics. With these degrees, I would like to use my knowledge to display different systems to a mass of people, on how as a society we can move towards more sustainable systems. These systems that have been around are such as regenerative native plants and rain-water harvesting. These systems not only benefit us in many ways, but the Earth as well. I hope to also help figure out how to make these systems more accessible to low-income and BIPOC communities.
I will be graduating from Pima Community College this fall 2023, with an associate in liberal arts. I hope to be able to earn as many scholarships as possible as this will benefit me greatly as a low-income first generation student. I would also like to mention that I am a student who comes from a lot of hardship. I lost my mom back in 2014 at 11 years-old and have been healing since. Thank you for your time.
