Goals and interests
- Career goal
IMy long-term career goal is to become a psychologist, specializing in supporting veterans and individuals facing mental health struggles. I aspire to serve as both a compassionate advocate and a voice of reason, helping people navigate difficult circumstances while promoting emotional well-being and personal growth.
- Graduate school interests
My graduate school interests are centered on psychology, mental health counseling, and trauma-informed care. I plan to pursue advanced studies that will prepare me to work with veterans and individuals facing mental health challenges, emotional distress, and life transitions. I am particularly interested in understanding the effects of trauma, developing effective therapeutic interventions, and promoting resilience and overall well-being.
Through graduate education, I hope to gain the knowledge, clinical experience, and research skills necessary to become a licensed psychologist. My ultimate goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while serving as an advocate for those in need, especially veterans and underserved populations.
- Outside the classroom
In my free time, I enjoy reading, working out, swimming, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. I appreciate activities that promote both personal growth and well-being, including taking walks in parks, visiting museums, watching documentaries, and attending movies.
I also enjoy listening to music and exploring different cultures and perspectives through travel and educational experiences. A significant part of my personal life is devoted to spiritual growth through studying the Bible and the Tanakh, which provide guidance, wisdom, and a deeper understanding of faith and history.
These interests help me maintain a balanced lifestyle while fostering lifelong learning, personal development, and meaningful connections with others.
