Javier Paredes

My name is Javier Paredes, and I am persuing a career in animation. I have fallen in love with animation since my childhood, and was responsible in inspiring me to draw at the age of four. Since then, i spent all my life continuing to sharpen my skills, fuled by the passion of one day being able to tell stories that will help people not only be inspired, but to also look at life in a different light, and laugh! My inspiritors were that of the great legends of a time long ago, Walt Disney, Tex Avery, Max Fleischer, Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, among others who have shaped me up to the type of animator and story teller i would like to be. As an animator, my goal is to make stories that do not pretain to the sensitivity of political matters and the aggresive nature of media agendas, but to make a statement that animation is ENTERTAINMENT FOR ALL! To me, what that means that it is something anyone can enjoy, something that doesnt make people upset or feel uncomfortable, but something that anyone can relate to, and that is laughter, and with the world that we live in today, we need it more than ever. Theres one thing i live by when it comes to entertainment, we dont need negativity in a fictional world, because theres enough of it in the real world we live in.
