I plan on becoming a certified divorce financial analyst, I would like to assist my clients during such a life-altering time. After a divorce clients may feel like their life is falling apart and they can't pick up the pieces. During this time I would help them divide their assets and plan for the future. I can maintain a clear head during stressful situations and I believe I’d be a great asset to my clients. Divorce brings not only emotional turmoil but also financial turmoil. As a married couple, two incomes are typically used to manage the household; it is almost impossible to maintain the same lifestyle on only one salary versus two. It's a very gratifying career that I look forward to being a part of. I would like to work either with a law firm that specializes in divorce so that I can work closely with attorneys and advise them as well. My end goal would be to open up my own business of CDFA’s and create contract relationships with law firms so that whenever they need a financial analyst they can come to me.
