About

I am an accomplished business leader with strong international experience coupled with an MBA (2020). My expertise includes Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, and Supervision. I am highly skilled in streamlining and implement efficiencies in procedures and enhance operational productivity. I am known as a strong advocate of synergism and establishing long-lasting relationships with co-workers and clients.

I have contributed positive business results throughout my career through effective prioritization, strategic planning, and key organizational issues. I have distinguished myself as a savvy problem-solver, thinking outside the box, compliant with required operational goals, and enhancing creative leadership skills amongst colleagues.

As a former Director of Admissions inside the academic spectrum, I implemented a calculated and methodical approach to problem-solving and work with budget constraints. While I am an independently motivated and resilient individual, I appreciate collective efforts and collaborate productively in group settings. Furthermore, critical thinking, teamwork, personnel management, and proficiency in decision-making are elements that I encourage.

Additionally, I served as a former board of directors of the Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SME) of Puerto Rico, west division. My duties and responsibilities included assisting small and medium-sized companies in achieving their operational goals and creating new opportunities.

I have also completed numerous Digital Marketing certifications, First Steps to Develop a Business, Financial Strategies, Business Model, Specialist in Microsoft Word, Excel, and a graduate certificate in International Business, respectively.

Moreover, I am an avid traveler seeking to explore new places and understand cultural relativism amongst countries. I have visited over 25 destinations and counting.

You may notice a recent gap in my employment while reviewing my resume. During this period, I was attending George Washington University, attaining an MBA. During the school period, I worked on a consultation project in Stockholm with Swedish startups seeking to enter the US market. I also participated in a study abroad in Singapore with a focus on Corporate Finance and Financial Markets.

The MBA and associated activities have invaluable to my professional growth, and I am eager to re-enter the professional sphere and apply my newfound qualifications and knowledge. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish.
