About

I am a 18 year old hard driven young lady who has passion to help everyone and anyone. I grew up with very little but managed to make my way up the honor roll with it. Not a day goes by where I don’t think my grandparents for giving me this opportunity to have such a great education and of course my humbleness comes from my mom. I May not be the smartest apple on the tree but I come from a place of humble and appreciation.

Goals and interests

Career goal

As of now, I plan to set My goals to somewhat achievable within the next 2/3 years. I want to be a general RN and then further continue the love I have for kids. I plan on going to pediatrics but also having a general nursing background to provide extra support. Once I finish with pediatric nursing and become a registered nurse in that department. I want to become a pediatric doctor and have my own facility where I can treat kids who come from a low income background so they don’t have to worry so much about price. I remember how hard it was for me, and I just want to make things easier for parents.

Outside the classroom

I enjoy everything a young adult loves, minus anything illegal! I am a first American – Mexican who comes from a family who bonds with gardening. My family owns a chicken coop full of roosters and hens. I spent almost all my time helping my grandpa provide for our chickens while maintaining our beautiful garden. I would call myself someone with a green thumb, and I constantly spend time outside because I love being around nature/the beauty earth provides. I also am fond of softball and enjoy being second base. I also would consider myself a very creative person so spending time making crafts and creating new projects has to be one of my favorite things to do.
