About
Going to Western Governor's was a decision I made to further my interest. To complete a part in my life that I feel like I am doing a great job in. Helping others, teaching others, sharing in experiences of growth for young ones, this is what brings me satisfaction in life. Caring for others has always been a big part of me, and seeing the prejudice others' have for individuals with Special Needs really saddens me. In order for me to educate those that are not aware of what is going on with a child with Special Needs, I must educate myself in the proper way of explaining what is happening to these children. Through my course of study, I plan to do be an educator in our society, of Individuals with Special Needs.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Teacher of Special Education. My dream, is to be a College Professor teaching Nature of Severe or Profound Disabilities: Theory and Educational Practice.
- Graduate school interests
After attaining my B.A. in Special Education, I plan on attaining my Master's in Special Education. Reaching for a better understanding in disabilities is my motive for continuing my career in Special Education.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy brain teasers, and spending time with my family. Being a father of 2 is definitely a lot of work, along with a full-time job and being a full-time student. However, there is no greater joy than my children, and being an educator just adds to that joy. Seeing children mature into fine adults makes my heart leap with joy, as I feel there is meaning to my life. Being a role model, someone to look up to when your feeling down, being the problem solver. That is what I enjoy doing.
