- Career goal
My career path is intended to follow the light that Human Resource Management brings me. I imagine myself in a setting where I can physically, mentally and emotionally devote myself to a professional environment and team, where HR is lacking strength and ethics. Whether it be a compensation and benefits manager role, a training and developing specialist, or an HR director of a company, I would be happy with any of the roles HR represents.
