About

My mission is to empower people of vulnerable populations to live to their fullest potential. I am a graduate of a Bachelor's in Arts of Psychology with a minor in business. Goals and interests

Career goal

My goal is to obtain a license in clinical social work. I desire to work with vulnerable populations to achieve mental health wellness and to empower those individuals to reach their highest potential. I also desire to become a voice for people who are marginalized in society.

Graduate school interests

I aspire to pursue a Master of Social Work (MSW) because it will prepare me with the training I need to grow in my knowledge of human behavior and the social environment. An MSW will add to my psychology background by giving me an understanding of the local, state, and federal policies so I could step into advocacy. An MSW will also increase my understanding of human behavior by giving me skills in assessment and diagnosis, advanced social work methods with individuals, families, and groups, and evidence-based practice evaluation.

Outside the classroom

I enjoy expressing myself through art on canvas. I also like to create and edit videos. I enjoy learning new recipes and reading. I also find learning new languages fascinating, and I am currently learning Portuguese! I also love to run and workout.
