I am working on completing my Masters in Educational Leadership with a certification in Administration to then apply for a position as a CTE Director. My goal as a CTE director is to help student plan for their future by preparing them to graduate high school with a certification or a trained skill to be able to enter the workforce with some knowledge and skills as not all students are college prepared. I feel that becoming a CTE Director I am help assist students in maintaining and achieve all goals that they set out for.
