My name is Jessica Thomas I am a 29 yr old wife and mother of two. I started as a LPN at age 21 and since then have gone back to school so I can pursue more opportunities. I am currently a RN, enrolled in Ohio University's RN-BSN program. I have worked in LTC since the beginning of my career, but I have also work in a hospital on a LTAC unit.

I am unsure of the path I want to take at this time, but I do know that I want to complete a masters degree program. I have been a nurse for almost 8 yrs. and been in management for at least 5 yrs. At this point in my career I am trying to decide if I should continue in management or do my clinical work.
