About

At six years old, my parents got a divorce. At ten years old, my mom got remarried to an attorney. I thought my life was great, I lived in a nice home, I was a competitive cheerleader, I had a loving family. October 30, 2012, my mom had a stroke that lead to a brain aneurism. I was fifteen and I almost lost my mom because of the birth control she was taking. At fifteen years old I was a nurse for my mother. She was in the hospital for a year and came home for my family to take care. I mostly took care of her, but because of that it helped me decide to major in nursing. As time went on with my mom at home being in the condition she's in, my stepdad became an alcoholic and began abusing my brother and I. No one believed he would abuse us and my own family turned their backs on us. My brother and I moved into my dads house and a year and a half after moving in the house burned down. December 13, 2015 my dads house burnt down. With four investigators, no cause was found. We lost everything that day and ended up moving in with my grandparents who live in Roosterville, Georgia. I drove an hour to school everyday, was a varsity caption on the schools cheerleading team, I am graduating with all A's and a 3.3 GPA
