About

I am a very passionate, outgoing 24-year-old born and bred on the West Coast of Puerto Rico. I have always lived very close to the beach and had more than curiosity for it at a young age. Once in middle school, I found ways to get involved in marine science, leading me where I am today. As a growing professional, I find value in finding ways to connect science and our community. My life goal is to study sharks and other cartilaginous species and help our community access education, information, and resources that will help keep them in our waters for many years to come.

Research, scientific writing and education. I would like to dedicate my career to using what I have learned in the field and presenting it to communities in a simple, comprehensive way; so that the population itself is an active participant of local projects and information distribution.
