My focus is to use the four fundamental strategic HR processes of getting the right people in the right jobs doing the right things and doing it in a way that supports the right development for what we want people to do tomorrow. I plan to achieve this by being a subject matter expert in the field of human resources management coupled with numerous transferrable skills obtained from my previous career in the healthcare industry.
