Joe Geier

Hello my name is Joseph Geier, I am studying Healthcare Administration. My long term goal is to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration in the next two years or sooner if possible. I have already been in school for two years so far and have passed almost all of my classes to this point. Some of the degrees that I already have are an associate degree in Construction, and a diploma in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding which I have found very interesting in today’s markets.
I am a single male with no children, I have three siblings of which two are older than me. I am currently living in Phoenix, Arizona and have been here for over 20 years. I am also from southern California and Reno, Nevada. Some of the things that I like to do for fun are watching almost any genre. I also like playing computer games that have some action in them and playing tennis. I am currently volunteering at Maricopa Integrated Healthcare Systems so that I can get back into the medical field. I have been doing this for almost 18 months with four hours a week. The department that I work in is transportation. I feel that volunteering is very enjoy able because I am helping the community in a time of need. I look forward to starting with GCU and finishing my BS degree by the end of June 2017.
