About

.I served in the Marine Corps from 2008 to 2013. During this time I served on 4 oversea deployments. In 2013 I decided to get out of the Marines in order to pursue my education at Arizona State University.
During my time at Arizona State University I studied history and political science. I was very busy with extracurricular activities, research, volunteer work, studying abroad, and many other exciting components that supplemented my college education.
I like to work really hard while I am studying or at work. When I have time off I love to travel the world and experience the most life has to offer.

Goals and interests

Career goal

I intend to work in international business or international service in the future. This is very exciting and I am very enthusiastic about keeping an open mind to learn more and more to work with others on improving the world.

Graduate school interests

I intend to study Global affairs and Management to further my career in order to gain a great education and unattainable experience in the field of international service.

Outside the classroom

I am a very enthusiastic student of life who likes to maintain a balance of moderation in regards of working hard and taking the time to enjoy life. I enjoy staying active with recreational activities such as: fitness, swimming, golf, running, skiing and many other recreational activities. On a daily basis if I have extra time for recreation I am most likely at the gym, swimming, playing or teaching guitar, reading nonfiction about history, and many other things.
In the winter I love taking a vacation to the Alps to enjoy a skiing holiday. I also love scuba diving during warm weather vocations. If I am not in school learning or working and I have a substantial amount of time off I will most likely take a overseas vocation. I love world travel, it is something that has grown on me ever since I traveled on ship throughout Asia during 4th and final deployment during my Marine Corps career. I have traveled to over 30+ countries in my lifetime thus far. To me there is no greater experience than foreign travel. Learning from different cultures, seeing historical sites, and being able to live a different type of lifestyle for a week or two is fascinating. I truly believe that foreign travel is great learning experience that cannot be taught in the classroom or learned from reading. I enjoy traveling most with great friends and my family.
