About
I am 26 years old, huge fan of being outdoors, and I have a 9 year old dog names Pacman. I moved to International Falls, February 2021 and in July of 2021 I got CNA certified to work at Good Samaritan Society. After working as a CNA for a couple of months, I fell in love with working in the medical field and I decided I wanted to further my education and become an RN and one day, get my BSN. I am currently finishing up my prerequisites and will be starting the Practical Nursing Program at Rainy River Community College fall of 2022. I am super excited to start the nursing program and I look forward to a successful and healthy future.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I would like to gain at least one year of nursing experience at the hospital in my home town and then I would like to become a travel nurse and hit the road for a few years before settling down somewhere.
- Outside the classroom
I grew up being very athletic so I enjoy playing most sports. I played soccer for Minnesota Thunder Academy for a few years in my teenage years as well. Where I live now, there isn't opportunities to play soccer, so I hit the gym and lift weights 6 days out of the week. I also really enjoys being outdoors and doing activities such as fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, rock climbing, etc.
