To date, I possess 3-years of professional IT experience, and-8 months of educational military training; as well as, 9-months of Deployment Work experience ranging from Computer Hardware, Networking and Trouble-Shooting, Maintenance and Storage of Workstations; as well as, LAN and WAN networks Maintenance. Furthermore, I have 3-months experience with Installation and Maintenance of TCP/IP networking diagrams and local printers to fix devices that were dropped from the networks. Kept records encrypted and maintained users (authentication and restrictions), and provided end-users with Microsoft Exchange accounts (management and maintenance) for over 3,000 mailboxes and 128,000 client end users with a team of 40 other various Levels of IT professionals.

Configured workstations; and/or server client computer systems, Software Trouble-Shooting, RIS Installations, Password Bypasses, Erasing of hard drives, and Assigned Clients with Classification (classified, unclassified and etc.).
