I find great people and work with them to drive their talent to move their business forward. It all starts with a conversation and learning from each other. Along the way, we find synergies, uncover value, personal aspiration, and how we can improve our environments by working together. If we don’t, we keep trying to find a solution. I’m an impactful, out-of-box, and effective thinker that brings people to enrich their experience by collaborating productively. I establish relationships by being the facilitator to encourage full potential in learning, engagement, and performance. From a farmer-teacher family to top companies, I’ve grown my skills full-cycle in the food industry, quality assurance, supply chain, development, and sustainability initiatives. My joy as a professional, so far, is teaching and matching people together to understand each other respective businesses by collectively networking. When I’m not engaging in work, I’m improving my den leadership skills with the Boy Scouts of America, fishing with my son, gardening with my girls and smoking food.
