I am a high school senior eagerly anticipating my enrollment at Syracuse University in the fall, driven by a dual passion for sports and psychology. Having spent my entire life in the bustling environment of New York City, I have been captivated by the dynamic world of athletics and the significant role mental health plays in the lives of collegiate and professional athletes. My current educational journey takes place in a 6-12 grade school. Over the course of my four years in high school, I actively contributed to the middle school sports teams as a dedicated team manager and coach. Collaborating with coaches, I undertook various responsibilities, ensuring seamless team operations. My focus extended beyond administrative tasks to working closely with athletes, facilitating an environment where they could perform at their best.

After spending all 4 years at Syracuse University, my ultimate goal is to work with a professional basketball team. I do have interest as working as a sports psychologist with a team. However, I'm not fully sure if sports psychologist is what I really want to work around, but I definitely want to work with the team and staff.

I plan to pursue a master's or doctoral program in exercise and sport science, emphasizing the psychological components of physical activity, fitness, and sports performance.
