Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended career pathway is to be a lawyer with an influence in agriculture policy. I would like to represent the agriculture industry in higher forms of government and politics because I know the importance of the agriculture industry due to my involvement in the industry throughout my childhood and youth.
- Graduate school interests
Following completion of my undergraduate degree, I would like to further my education by obtaining my law degree so I can begin my own practice.
- Outside the classroom
My hobbies include working with livestock and youth for local county fairs, state fairs and national shows. I have started my own business, Mendez Livestock and Consulting where I have over 20 crossbred Hampshire and Suffolk ewes and work with youth getting ready with their specific animals for their specific end date.
