About
I am a grade 10 student at Tommy Douglas Secondary School. My background is Vietnamese. I came to Canada when I was 9, it was a very long and frustrating journey as my family was not with me. From there, I take small steps to improve my English skills and getting used to my academic level. I have very much improved since then, and now I am exploring more opportunities around me to further develop my academic skills for future purposes. After graduating, I am planning to pursue a health-care career in the future as I am very interested in science, as well as helping people to improve their well-being. As I am in high school currently, I am starting to plan my career pathway and hoping that I can successfully achieve my goals.

- Career goal
As a high school student, I am still exploring my career pathways but one job that I am interested in pursuing is being a general practitioner physician. In my grade 11 year, I am planning to join SHSM (Specialists High Major Skills) in Health and Wellness, as well as doing my co-op courses where I get to gain more experience with professional doctors in hospitals/clinics.

I am currently at Tommy Douglas Secondary School. Given the pathway that I want to pursue, I want to go to Mc Master University or University of Toronto.
