About

Hey, my name is Justine. Coming from the Bronx and growing up in the Guyanese culture was enjoyable. Helping my grandmother in the kitchen helped start my passion for food. My favorite Guyanese pastry is called Pine Tart; it is a flaky pastry dough with a pineapple filling that is folded into a triangle.
I studied law at the Bronx School of Law and Finance and as much as I love to argue and find details I loved food so much more. I was always baking in my younger years and thought I might give the profession a try. Here I am, at Johnson and Wales University pursuing my passion for food. My freshman year is now over and I am enthusiastic to continue my college journey. One day I plan to open up my own bakery, and maybe even a restaurant. After all, life is what you make it.
Never settle for anything less than the best.
