About
Earning my degree means a great deal to me because of what I had to overcome to obtain it. In December of 2013, I graduated with a degree in business administration after completing sixty-four hours of courses in eighteen months. I earned an A in nineteen of twenty-one courses during this period. Most importantly, my grade point average of 3.9 in the business administration program illustrates my comprehension of business-related topics and demonstrates my ability to thrive within a team-oriented environment. Finishing my degree required that I complete courses in accounting, business law, business strategy, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, human resource management, information systems, international business, organizational behavior, project management, statistics, and supply chain management.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Ideally, I want to start my career working for an ad agency. However, I remain open-minded to other opportunities in accounting, business administration, information technology, and marketing research.
In five years, I expect to earn the privilege to work in a managerial capacity. During the preceding years, I plan on obtaining the degrees and professional certifications that will enable me to accomplish this goal.
In ten years, I would like to own my business. I believe it's important to gain professional experience before I make this plunge because it would be naive of me to think that I currently know enough to successfully run a company.
- Graduate school interests
My education in the future will depend on my profession. Regardless of my decision, I plan on earning professional certifications or an MBA to help advance my career.
- Outside the classroom
Noticing a need in a specifically uncharted marketplace, I created a uniquely positioned website called FBSDriveStats.com. It documents each statistically significant drive in college football since 2005. I consider this project my best work because it manifests the amalgamation my technical and nontechnical skills. It showcases my ability to execute a creative vision by incorporating my transferable business skills in accounting, marketing, Microsoft Excel, statistics, Tableau, and writing. Establishing a credible football statistics site required that I devise an accounting system to efficiently collect data, transform that data into useful information, and articulately convey these concepts to visitors of the site.
