About

My first two years have been completed at Joliet Junior College, earning an associate's degree in Criminal Justice. Now, I am transferring to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to pursue my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology with a specialization in Crime Analysis. My goal is to complete a master's program with the help of a scholarship donor. I am hopeful to gain as much knowledge as possible through the Honor Society and learn a lifetime's worth of career skills.

  • Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Certification

Goals and interests

Career goal

I am pursuing a job with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Illinois State Police, or my local police department. My dream job would be to work for the Federal government as a crime analyst. After I have built experience in the government/field work, I would love to return to school as a university professor to share my knowledge with those pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. I feel as though gaining the experience in the field would give me a valuable set of skills to pursue my teaching career at a university.

Graduate school interests

I am extremely interested in pursuing graduate school with the help of a mentor and scholarships that are offered. I would like to pursue a master's program because I have hopes of becoming a professor in my subject matter after I have become an expert in my field.
