Karimah Cameron

My name is Karimah Cameron. I am an undergrad senior at Eastern Michigan University. My major is psychology with a minor in Human biology. I am studying to become a Child Psychologist, PhD level
I want to open my own private practice. I love children, I believe they are very important to our future and we have to nurture their mental state and capability early to give them the opportunity for a successful future. I also believe at the human body is fascinating and goes hand in hand with the mental state of an individual. I have shadowed doctors and pediatricians. I have studied phlebotomy and have earned my certification. Community service is highly imperative in my opinion. I like to use my free time to volunteer at daycares, elementary schools,and shelters. I have done plenty of walks for Alzheimer's, homelessness, kidney failure, muscular dystrophy, and cancer. I am trying to do everything in my reach to make me a better. More well-rounded person so that I can efficiently provide a positive service for others.
