About
Hi, my name is Karis Duncan and I am a student at the University of Houston-Downtown. I graduated from Lonestar college in December of 2018 with my Associate of Applied Science degree and a Basic Chemical Dependency Counselor Certificate; I have used that education to counsel individuals and families who are dealing with Substance Use Disorder. I am now working towards my Bachelor of Applied Administration. I am in recovery and have a heart for those still suffering, so in addition to counseling, I am a recovery coach for a non-profit addiction recovery center.
