Karolina Lindberg

I am originally born in Stockholm, Sweden, now living in San Diego, CA, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Global Business Management Specialization. I have extensive global experience from living abroad on three different continents and visited over 100 countries. Customer service master and trouble-shooter from connecting with passengers around the world. I have extensive experience in responsibility and customer service and have singlehandedly coordinated and managed flights with over 300 passengers. Expertise in different computer software, such as Excel and Python, and have worked with different computer software such as Altéa Amadeus. I am used to working in teams in a collaborative and time-pressured environment.

I have competed in Show Jumping for 15+ years and have successfully overseen the maintenance and competitive development of at least 15 horses. This perseverance and attention to detail motivate me to bring the same attitude to academics and business that I bring to the stable with my horses. My experience developing training and competition schedules for my horses has taught me the value of creating a sustainable plan and resolving setbacks through data analysis and research.

I enjoy a professional challenge and am passionate about structuring, developing, and improving companies by refining and enhancing growth approaches. I am looking forward to using my experience and leadership skills to analyze and improve business strategies to create a more sustainable and prosperous tomorrow.
