Goals and interests

Career goal

I plan on getting my Bachelors in Spanish. I will be taking Spanish as my major in college, and French as my minor for my second language. I plan on using it for the possibilities of teaching. Along with using it for my next college experience. I plan on attending CIA, which stands for The Culinary Art Institute of America. This university's head quarters is located in New York. I plan on get my Bachelors in Culinary Arts along with my Head Chef Certificate. Also with the possibility of getting my Associates in Baking and Pastry Arts with a Sou Chef Certificate. After all of my schooling is done. I hope to open up my dream restaurant and bakery. As well as teach others whether for culinary arts or other languages. These are my passions that drive me to do well in school. I plan to make something I love to do, my job.

Graduate school interests

I do not plan on going to Grad School at the moment. I will still be attending college for the duration of 8 or 10 years. The reason why I do not plan currently to attend Grad College is because I will be going to Culinary College. I will be going for my academics for 4 years then culinary for 4 or 6 years. I will attend CIA which stands for The Culinary Art Institute of America. This college is located in New York. I plan on get my Bachelors in Culinary Arts along with my Head Chef Certificate. Also with the possibility of getting my Associates in Baking and Pastry Arts with a Sou Chef Certificate. Culinary Arts has been my main focus but I have always enjoyed learning. Which is why I have decided to go to school for two majors as well as two minors.
