About
I have attended East Carolina University Honors College (ECU) since August of 2022. I am majoring in exercise physiology with a medicine concentration on a pre-physical therapy track. I am apart of several clubs at ECU, these being the pre-physical therapy club, kinesiology majors club (KMC), student pirate club (SPC), ECU eco-pirates club, and the ECU honors college book club. While volunteering within these clubs, I also volunteer twice a week at the Covenant Church's chapter of backpack buddies. I am the transportation officer for this organization when dealing with ECU students. I am in the process of restarting the pre-physical therapy club's presence on social media with the hopes of running the accounts. I have been an unpaid intern at Kernodle Clinic Physical Therapy since June 2022.
Before coming to ECU, I graduated with honors from Vandalia Christian School (VCS). My senior year at VCS I took dual enrollment classes at Alamance Community College (ACC). I took fourteen dual enrollment classes my senior year. I graduated from VCS salutatorian with the highest GPA in the entire middle and high school. While attending VCS, I achieved several honors and awards. I was a Junior Marshall, competed in fine arts academic testing several years, studied abroad, student council, National Honor Society, and received the President's Award for Educational Excellence award multiple times. I also played the clarinet in the band, pep band, and marching band. I volunteered and played at numerous locations and competitions through the band. I also played junior olympic and high school volleyball.
