About
At the very beginning of my teenage years my family sold everything we owned and moved onto a sailboat. Over the next 5 years I traveled to 23 different countries and territories, which gave me the ability to adapt quickly and appreciate other cultures. This journey shaped me into someone who has a strong drive to learn about the people around me and the world I live in.
I became fluent in Spanish through language immersion school in Antigua, Guatemala, and I am learning Korean through Korean media, attending a Korean church, and having weekly calls with a language exchange partner.
I worked for 1 year and 5 months as a junior software developer, where I learned how to translate customer problems into software solutions. Recently, I have transitioned to working as a marketing specialist in the same company, where I am learning how to market to CEOs and technology leaders across different industries.
My goal is to earn a bachelor's in psychology and pursue an MD to become a neurologist, and I want to do so without going into debt.
