My name is Katherine Rentschler and I am a Biology major with a concentration in biochemistry and neuroscience at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. When I graduate, I hope to go to med school to become a pediatric neurologist or do graduate research in the field of neuroscience. I love to learn and my ability to achieve despite my seizure disorder is fuel for completing my goals in order to make a difference in others' lives.
