Kayla Keyes

My name is Kayla Keyes, I currently attend Illinois State University in Bloomington/Normal. I'm in love with English studies and I strive to become a High School English Teacher. I love to think and discuss about real life issues and apply English to those topics. In English I feel that I learn so much about myself and other perspectives of how we view the world. I graduated Metea Valley High School in Aurora in May 2019. There I took many Honors/AP English and history classes that well prepared me for college. I had amazing English teachers that helped me expand my love and understanding of English and I would love to be that same English teacher to other kids in high school as well.
